Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Yaltopia Stock (the website, installable PWA, and Windows desktop shell) provided by Yaltopia Software Technology PLC.

The service

Yaltopia Stock lets merchants manage inventory, warehouses, sales and purchase invoices, and payments. Tax, withholding, declarations, and proforma live on Yaltopia Ticket.

Accounts

You must keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your organisation account, including staff you invite.

Offline use and the Windows app

Drafts stored on your device are your responsibility to sync when you are online. The Windows installer is a shell around the same service; updates may be delivered through the installer or the PWA.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the API, share API keys publicly, or use the service for unlawful activity. Money amounts are recorded in the currency you select; ETB is the default for Ethiopian merchants.
