Delete your account

You can request deletion of your Yaltopia Stock account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Yaltopia Stock account deletion request.”
2. Send the request from the email address registered to your account.
3. If your account uses a phone number instead, include that registered number so we can verify ownership. Never include your password or one-time verification code.
4. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion has been completed.

What is deleted

Your account is closed, your login identifiers are removed from the active account, and you can no longer sign in. Personal profile data and authentication sessions associated with the account are deleted or anonymized where they are not required for retention.

Data that may be retained

Business records such as invoices, payments, inventory transactions, tax records, audit logs, and records connected to other organisation members may be retained when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Protected backup copies remain only for the applicable backup-retention cycle before they are overwritten. We will explain any retention that applies when we confirm your request.
